I just upgraded to the Nokia 6340i cell phone. I have had it for about a
week and the buttons won't lock anymore by press Menu, then *. Does anyone
else have this problem?
Thanks

Every 6340i I've seen works this way, including this one.

I've only seen it one other time. Try turning the phone off, take out the
battery, put it back in, turn it on and try locking the keys.

I have tracked this problem down to the following set of steps.
1. Receive a phone call while the phone is locked.
2. After call is completed, _immediately_ attempt to lock the phone
(the misguided thought that it wasn't locked...)
3. Now the phone is unlocked and won't lock again until you power off
& power back up.
