Subject says it all.  Does anyone have one?

I like all the melodies but I can't hear half of them when in a loud
situation.  A simple normal cell phone classic beep sound would be nice.

Not really a "cell phone" type ringer, but have you tried the one named "old
phone"? It is my favorite, plain jane, loud enough ring tone. I don't know
if it is included by default on the P800 or not, but I could gladly send it
if its not.

Thanks, I do use that as my next best choice.  You'd think that a phone at
this level would have the basic functionality of all the cheaper phones
like: a ringer that you can hear....

Mail me and I'll send it to you.
I have my P800 sounding just like my other mobile now (nokia 3210)

All these polyphonic ring tones are utter crap. How anyone would find them
entertaining in any way is completely beyond me! Other than the under tens I
cannot believe anyone would *pay* for them! What's it all about?!

And you are right - they are way too quiet.

I created some of my own tones, but the best is a Star Trek 'alert' siren I
downloaded from one of the Trekkie fanzine sites - that is very loud in any
situation.

Hope that helps.
