t610 v t300 ringtone compatability

Does the t610 take .mid polytones like the t300 or are they different?

Yes, it does MIDI (32-voice polyphony), and playback actually sounds rather
good too, considering the tiny speaker of course.

thanks, just tried out some of my old monotone (as apposed to
polytone) and they sound better than what they did on the t300 :-)
