how can I backup my t610 ???

(The screen is out and I'm waiting for a new one from orange)

I would recommend PhoneBackup:

You may need to have the SE Mobile Phone Monitor
http://www.sonyericsson.com/downloads/mobile_phone_monitor.exe?traceClick=yes
installed.

I have used PB on my T610. It didn't like my VodafoneLive! branded
account, so I disabled this bit. Crucially I haven't restored with it.
The link now overtly states the limitation with this phone - so /should/
work or has been tested etc. Any backup is only as good as its ability
to restore - the proof is in the pudding.

In the very short time I looked at FMA, I couldn't figure out how/what
to install as my motivation wasn't high enough due to successfully
running other s/w.
