how can I find out when my phone was made to see if its still under
warrantee, is there a way ?

Under the battery on the chassis of the phone there should be the Sony
Ericsson sticker.

Above the top barcode on the right hand side it should say xxWxx where
x's are numbers. EG 03W14 means 14th week of 2003.
