From what I understand from the website you posted, it kind of works like
this: The software you installed on your PC will check email and push it to
your regular e-mail inbox on your phone. You can then read it off-line. So no
charges from your phone provider.
This also makes it not particulary useful.. When you are near an internet
connected PC anyway then you can just read e-mails on your PC.. THough I
suppose it would work for off-line email reading; like sync first and then
read emails off-line when you're not near a PC.

Frankly I think your company should have every interest to keep their staff
connected to e-mail all the time. Look into it; If I ran a company that gave
free phones to employees then I would want to make damn sure they use all
available features which would very much include reading company e-mail while
on the road. GRPS internet is not that expensive if you're only doing text
based stuff like plain emails.
Or what you could do is use your T610 with your own sim card so you can freely
email and stuff and just plug your company sim card into some cheapo phone. :)

ok, I know it seems odd but the phone is just for when I am on call.
At present all numbers would be barred apart from the office.
It would be nice if all companies tried to make life easy for the workers,
but unfortunately not all do (mine being one).
I have concidered the sim option, but to keep the other sim on all the time
I would need a dual sim adapter, I am a little worried about mucking around
with the phone.
I spend most of my time when I am not working, at the PC, but a lot of it
just waiting for a reply from someone.
From what I gather this prog would allow me to go about my business, making
tea, watching telly and enjoying not being at wortk, and not have to go back
to my PC every 5 mins to check for mail. I have a mate with a T68, which I
have just been informed SHOULD work with the software, I am going to get him
to come over and see if it works, and if it leaves a trace on his phone.
Thanks all for your advice,

what a great little app.
works a treat on my t68i.
it works by creating a menu under accessories menu on the phone, so i would
expect once you close the software on the pc, and the phone looses contact
with the accessory, the menu is removed without trace. I am almost certain
that it wouldnt be traceable.
its the same as you using a headset, then unplugging it.
shame the software cant delete old messages coz it starts to have problems
when you get lots in your inbox.
