I need help as Sony Ericsson Service do not want to help me ...

My laptop is Dell Latitude C640 running with W2K SP4 with all latest
MS patches.
I'm using Outlook 2002 + latest patches as well.
I'm using XTNDConnect PC 4.9 Build 541.

Everytime I try to sync my contacts via the cable I'm getting an
error: "User Aborted" even if I didn't touch my computer.

If I try to only sync. Calendar items then it works fine.

Then I've tried to change XTNDConnect settings and in particular the
mapping information for the contacts. I've got a popup for a while
saying that it is loading fields. Then I'm getting this error message:
"Unable to get mapping from Engine
User Aborted"

I've uninstalled and installed the Sony-Ericsson Comm. suite 3 or 4
times now without any changes.

I've called SonyEricsson many times, drop them tons of emails, etc.
without any consideration. The guy I spoke to was asking me if I did
download without AntiVirus

Did someone encountered same issue ? How to solve this ?

Thanks,

Talcars

The T68i has a limit on the number of contacts you can save and it's partly
dependent on how much information is stored with each contact. I think the
maximum is 510 complete entries. Are you trying to synch more that 500
entires?
