Hello
Have been trying to use Floats mobile agent for a while now, but can't get
it to work.

I've got a T610 and use a bluetooth dongle to successfully synchronise /
upload / download via the supplied software. But If I try to use fma I get
"Error 10047 in function connect (socket) Address family not supported by
protocol family"

Running Win 2k Pro, generic (cheap) bluetooth dongle

cheers

Try using the default serial port settings in float, not the Bluetooth
option.  Make sure you have the correct COM port selected, in my case it is
COM6,  your's may well be different.

You will also need to have the Ericsson Phone Monitor software installed.

Eeeeepppppp.... Two out of three ain't bad.. You DON'T need the
Ericsson Phone Monitor installed to use FMA on XP.
Neither when using IR, serial connection by cable, serial port
emulation over BT, nor with native WinXP SP1 BT support.

The only time you need the Ericsson Phone Monitor installed, is when
using the supplied or downloaded Ericsson software. I.E: XTEND
Connect, Ericsson Themes creator, Sony Ericsson Picture Editor etc etc
etc.

FMA uses WinXP's native IR comport emulation (IRCOMM), WinXP SP1's
native BT support (only avalble with a few BT dongles),or the normal
comport connection, which most USB-to-serial cables hook into, and
which Widcomm's BT stack also utilizes in their comport emulation.

A good place for support on FMA is their webbased forum at
http://fma.xinium.com/forums

Just my 0.02é's worth.
