Hi again

I have a P900, and when I try and access the tasks list on the phone, it
comes up with "Program Closed.  Program Tasks. Reason code Agenda Model.
Reason number 9.

I rung up orange, who suggested a master reset in the control panel, which i
did after backing it all up. Reinstalled everything, and tried the tasks
thing again. Same problem. Rung up orange and they put it through to the
faults department who would get back to me in 2 weeks! Not happy! I broke
the phone and got a new one delivered on Orange Care today, and restored all
my data, and the same problem is happening!! AAAHHHHH!!

As I cant get onto the SE software update site, im abit stuck now. I think
im going to delete all of my tasks and see if that helps? Apart from that,
im at a loss, as the tasks menu I use all day everyday.

Any help gratefully received!!

Hi M

The phrase "Reinstalled everything" may be the problem.

I'd suggest doing a master reset, then installing your other programs
one-by-one and testing after each one. It sounds as if one of your
applicatoins is causing the crash.

Good luck

Hello

The problem is, I have alot of data on the phone I do not want to loose if I
can help it. Messages, MMS's, and other bits and bobs that cant be saved
onto memory card. Is there any way of restoring this without doing a
complete restore??

M
