trouble uninstalling progs in P900

Hello all,

I have two programs that everytime i try to uninstall them they crash
and I can not remove them. And this causes me not to be able to
upgrade to a newer version. how do I manually remove them?

I have found that you have to stop the programs that you want to
uninstall, otherwise you get kernel exceptions.
Probably need a task manager (sman) or similar.
