I have connected a data cable to my R320s expecting to use the GSM modem.

When connecting directly to the COM port using Hyerterminal, I get all sorts
of data coming through e.g.

But I cannot issue any AT commands.
I think this is an unlocked phone, perhaps whoever did it left it in some
sort of diagnostics mode.

Has anyone got any suggestions.
