I want to find a way to selectively sync my Outlook contacts with my phone,
so that ONLY the contacts with phone numbers (Either home, bus, or mobile) get
pushed to the fone.
AFAICT, the XTNDconnect sync pushes all of my contacts to the phone.
Suggestions?

You can give this a try:
1. Open the Contacts folder in Outlook and switch to "Phone List" view.
2. Sort the contacts by home phone number (this will leave contacts without
numbers at the top or bottom of the list)
3. Select the contacts with phone numbers.
4. Right click on your selection and select "Categories" and assign these
contacts to a new category (e.g. Synch)
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for business, mobile and other phone numbers. Make sure
to add the contacts there to same category above.
6. In XTNDConnectPC, use the Filter tab to create a filter that synchs only
contacts in the "Synch Category".
Hope that helps.
