t610 On Phone Theme Editor

I saw on the ClubSonyEricsson.com site a screen capture of what seems to be
an on-phone theme editor. Screen cap here:

It originates from an all russian(?) site that i can not even fathom
reading. I was wondering if anyone knew what program this is that allows one
to edit themes directly on the t610? Or perhaps this is a normal feature of
the factory firmware, because I'm using the T-Mobile US edited firmware. All
help will be greatly appreaciated.

If it helps you any, here is one that runs on your PC (you will need a
bluetooth adapter to load it onto the phone):

I should clarify that when I say "load IT onto the phone," I mean the output
theme file, not the theme creator program.

Hi Carl

I have just bought a USB lead that plugs into the T610. Can I use this to
load the output of Theme Creator Pro or will it only work via Bluetooth.

Unfortunately I don't know for sure. I have never used the wired
connection. I only said bluetooth because that's how I did it.

I also don't know if TCpro will work with a cable conn,
but it works fine with IR.
