P900 Sync with Outlook

Does anyone know why my appointments won't update when I sync my P900 with
Outlook?
I have tried various settings in the sync station but to no avail.

I cannot remember the exact reason, but search the forums on
www.my-symbian.com, a few people have had this happen to them.

Mine sync fine, no special settings in sync prog.

Outlook must be the default PIM within Windows.
