Hello all,

Is there a way to prevent the P900's clock form being updated when
linked with the PC?  It keeps on changing it an hour back and want it
to stop.

RTFM

Click on the phone icon in the task bar.

Choose "properties"

Untick the box.

But still RTFM

Give me the page number on TFM,  And if you did RTFM you would have
given me instructions that would actually work!

I don't think that abuse is the best way to get help, but in the spirit
of the NG, let's try again.

I assume that your P900 is in the docking station, and that the PC
software recognises it's existence by displaying a small P900 icon on
the task bar, normally in the bottom right hand corner of your PC
screen.

If so, right-click on the icon, and a small menu pops up. Choose
"properties".

A further pop-up appears which states "Synchronise phone date and time
and Pc date and time every time phone is connected to PC". UN-CHECK the
option box. This will prevent the software updating your phone time.

This is described in the help pages within the software, so perhaps it
should be RTFHP rather than RTFM. My apologies and good luck.
