Does anybody know is it possible that phone warns me with audio signal that
I have missed call or SMS?

sms yes, it will give standard sms alert when the sms arrives on the
handset, missed calls no apart from the call ringing, it will just say
missed call next time you pick it up on the lcd

I think the OP means a further signal, as he wasn't around to hear the SMS
coming in.

AFAIK, the only phone which does this is Samsung, which can be set to repeat the
SMS tone every minute until acknowledged.
