P910i Problem

I have recently acquired a P910i. I am experiencing the following problem
with the flip closed:

When I press the number key, I do not get the right number
for example a key press of 1 - shows up as 2
                                             4 - shows up as 0
                                             etc... etc...

Has anyone else experienced the same problem or do I have a faulty phone.
Needless to say the support line could not help me and my network operator
offered
to replace my new phone with a reconditioned one. I am reluctant to accept a
2nd hand
phone in return for my brand new one.

Thanks

Well if your phone is brand new you can reject it and accept a new one in
return or your money back. Most network will do this for upto 28 days from
purchase, but you should check the small prints in the T&C's.
