remove SIM fromW550i

Hi,
I tried to remove the SIM card from my W550i, but it doesn't come out.
Does somebody know the trick?

They're in tight, which is perhaps a sign of good design. Get something
thin, such as the sharp end of a knife, and poke it under the SIM, then try
slide it out.
