In my part of the world, I got K610i but could not find anything on Sony E
websites for anything about it!. I tried go to American, Europe sites, I
found K610im! What are their differences if any? Can I use the PC Suite
interchangably?

K610i is available on most markets whilst K610im is only available in very
few countries, where thay have nets that support i-mode fully.

K610im has support for i-mode, which K610i hasn't

and yes you can use PC Suite to both.
