My P990i has just started to hand during back-up. I connect by The back-up
starts, searches for information in the normal way, switches the power off
and on again, seemingly continues to work as the screen on the phone reads
"Backup in progress" and the computer screen reads "Starting
programs/Settings" (Texts here and below may differ somewhat in English as
it is translated from Norwegian back to English by me). Then it suddenly
stops with an error message reading "Stopped/cancelled by unit". The report
following the error message reads
"Back up status
Unsuccessful"

and

"Comments/remarks
Settings
10000080 - The unit does not respond.
       Settings - Cancelled by unit"

After the stop the the mobile phone switches off and switches on in a normal
mode, requiring choice of power mode, PIN code and phone lock code.

Not being able to back up is a major nuisance.Any suggestions how I can back
up?

Regards,

Frode Igland

Delete (or move to a different folder) previous backups.

I'ts a known bug of the SE Suite; then it will work fine.
