I have a SE P800 and my wife a SE T68i. Both are only a couple of months
old.

None of them works as expected and I miss my old Nokia.

Here's my problem with P800 (Firmware R2D):

* About three times a week I get the "press-the-off-button-for-10-
  seconds-to-reboot-the-phone" error. Often during calls.

* Often when I use the phone with the "HCB-30" car-bluetooth the phone
crashes with an error like (translated from danish) "Error in
com-pages" and the phones bluetooth doesn't work until I reboot it.

* IF I open the flip during a conversation, the phone uses the
loudspeaker, but the person in the other end hears nothing but noise,
  echo and so on.

* The interface is messy, unaligned and without standards. I miss my old
  Nokia 7650.

Here's SOME of the problems with my wife's T68i (Firmware ?):

* If she's lucky, the phone finds a GSM net.

* 7 out of 10 times she can't dial out or receive phone calls.

* She's very lucky if she can send and receive SMS.

* Typing SMS is SOOOOOO slow cause the display sucks in refreshing.

* These problems also occurs with the T68i's a my office.

Let's just say ... we have not been lucky with our SE phones.

Is this normal standard for SE phones?

Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem, P800 R1 software

Sorry ... I'm danish and since I assume you prefer me writing in english
instead of danish, you'll have to expect a couple of typos.

:o)

Bitching about the other's grammar usually is a good sign that you are
loosing the argument - and, worse, knowing that you do. He seems to be
from Denmark - do you prefer his postings to be in danish? Good luck,
then ...

So did mine, and so does my P800. But that's not the point in your
posting, you just try to show off your own grammar skills. Or so it
seems. Yawn ...
