P800 quick start IR

Is there a way to quickly start the IR or Bluetooth connection on the P800?

with the flip closed, scroll the jog wheel until you've selected
'applications' on the screen, then select and scroll down to 'connections',
then select either bluetooth or IR, and that's it.

while flip closed or with virtual flip, as well as scroll jog wheel to
application, select it, then press '#' and '0' (on virtual flip or flip),
select from IR/Cable/Bluetooth.
