Phone doesn't Shut off

Hi,

A friend of mine is having trouble shutting off the phone.

The phone is a Mitsubishi/Fido.

When the phone is shut off, a few seconds later it turns itself on.

Any assistance will be most appreciated.

Weird, but try removing the battery and putting it back on and try doing it
again.
sometimes its a little glitch.
Hopefully its just that.
