Universal Dual GSM SIM Adapter

Does anyone know of a place that sells a universal dual SIM adapter in
Canada or maybe in the US? I've seen webpages selling this product (as
well as on ebay) but most of them are overseas (in Europe or
Australia).

The adapter basically allows you to place 2 SIMs in any GSM phone so
you don't have to constantly remove 1 SIM to place the other SIM in
the phone. However, only 1 of the SIMs is active at any 1 time.

I've seen adapters, but never "universal" adapters. They are meant
for specific models of specific handsets. Very often the adapter will
be a modified back cover with slightly more room to accommodate having
two SIMs in one unit most often connected with a ribbon cable with a
SIM sized adapter plug that fits where the SIM usually goes and two
SIM holders and to switch between them you'd need to power off and
power on the phone to choose which SIM you use.
