Hi all,

I've been a Nokia guy for the last 5 years, but it's time for a new phone
and the absense of Nokia's at Fido mean I'm considering the V400.

What is this GSM850? Is Fido going to start using this frequency in Toronto?

Does anyone know if a comparable Nokia is coming to Fido?

GSM850 is a frequency that unfortunately Fido doesn't have any spectrum in
only Rogers does. You can however use 850 in the U.S., some parts of South
America & the Caribbean as they have both 850/1900 networks.

As far as I know there will be no new Nokia's coming out soon with Fido. I
am also a Nokia fan but buy my phones elsewhere. The last Nokia I bought
from Fido was in january & it was the Nokia 7210 (great phone by the way).
