Has anyone else noticed that 'call failed' and 'network busy' are
happening with alarming frequency?

In the past week it seems that every time that I *REALLY NEED* to use my
phone (flat tire, late for appt) fido is out for walkies.

I lost my phone a month ago and I don't seem to have anymore issues in
Victoria (:

Manually force your phone to switch to Rogers.

how?  by having a stern talk with it, or wagging my finger in a menacing
manner?

I haven't had any problems, but then again I'm almost always in an area with
full coverage. I can see a tower out my window at home about a block away,
and at UVic there's one ontop of the stadium seats. I haven't been making a
whole lot of calls though, so I don't know about actual network issues..
