MMS on prepaid?

Can I MMS on prepaid?

I tried sending but it didn't seem to work (said it failed).. I hada a
friend send me a MMS, but it arrived as a SMS telling me to goto fido.ca/mms
to look

Call Fido and ask them to activate MMS and GPRS on your account.

GPRS is activated, using wap.fido.ca since prepaid cant use internet.fido.ca

You will still have to call to activate MMS.
