Blackberry on Fido - Email Using IMAP - Possible?

Hello,

I've been doing a lil reading - i just can't figure out if we CAN or
CAN NOT use blackberry on Fido network.... I use an IMAP Server for
Email!

Not 100% sure of this, but if you use your blackberry as a "standards
compliant" PDA without any of the proprietary blackberry functions, then
it *should* work on Fido. Fido's GPRS supports IMAP, POP etc.

What they don't support is a connection to a RIM server that handles the
blackberry proprietary protocol.
