How to set up email connection on Motorola A1200 ?

I just bought a Motorola A1200 from Asia and I am using the phone in Canada
with Fido.
I found out how to set up the connection for the phone to get on the web
browswer and MMS . But I still have problems with the email .
I have 2 problems :
(1) How do I set up the email connection with this phone ?
(2) So with this feature from the email , I am able to check email with my
MSN hotmail account ?

Outgoing email SMTP server should be GPRS.FIDO.CA

To pickup emails, choose a POP or IMAP (or whatevbre you phone supports)
server of your choice. Fido does not offer inbound email service to subscribers.
