We have a Bell Mobility pay-as-you-go phone in Ontario.  Can we use it
to roam on a planned trip to the USA, or do only phones on a monthly
plan have this capability?

"Prepaid customers can place calls in most cities within Canada and the
United States. You're automatically enrolled in our roaming program when you
register for Automatic Top-Up. Contact Customer Service to register for the
Automatic Top-Up program."

Very nice except that you can't register for Automatic Top-Up if you
