Have tried unsuccessfully many times to use the
Fido message form on the website. Get error and
message to "try again later".
Does anyone know the actual email address for
customer service or billing or whatever?

Good luck trying to get it. Fido has kept their email addresses very
secret for the last 10 years.

Ten years you say? I've only been with them for
3 years. Oh well, perhaps my next provider will
have better customer service :-)

Your best bet is actually to snail mail a printed letter to what Fido
calls "The Office of the President" -- really just high-level customer
service.
