Hi I have an unlocked t28 which has been working until today and for some
reason it won't lock onto a network.
I looked it up on some web forums stating that it was a Power Amplifer
issue.
How much does it cost to repair such a problem ?

It could just be that the battery is weak. Recharge or replace the battery
should fix it.

Well this started to happen once I charged it. Batter was and is full.
I wish it were only that.

Fido will fix it for about $50
That TX Circuit problem is a sickness with the T28.
