ringtones ??

I have a nokia with the fido service, If I download some ringtones how do I
install some of them on my cell...I must need a cable right?? and where can
I get one..

Depends of which Nokia have you got. Some of them have the ringtone
composer, or you can get ringtones via sms, or otherwise use the IR or
cable connection. You can also purchase ringtones from Fido's website.

There are plenty of websites with free ringtones and instructions.

If you need the data cable you can buy it from Fido.

Depending on which phone you have check the Nokia list at
http://www.ringtones-central.com/free-nokia-ringtones.htm that should help you
out.
