They'll do it for you at First Canadian Place at a cost of $30 for
non-Fido phones.
Apparently there's also a place out near the Airport that handles SE
repairs. Check the Sony-Ericsson forum on howardforums.com

Canadian SE service centre will perform firmware upgrade as part of any
repair service ONLY, but it's free if under warranty.
