it's suppose to display "City" on your phone to tell you whether or

don't see "City" and cell broadcast is on that means you're outside

hmm... interesting... but I only received it once and I am in
Richmond...
According to the CityFido map, isn't it the whole Greater Vancouver
area is unlimited? I am in Richmond, Vancouver and Surrey and only
received it once. Will I be charged for roaming even I am within
Vancouver?
