A friend with an old 5190 is looking at the 6340. Given she has not had
a new phone for a long time, and has been on prepaid for that time (over
3 years), any ideas as to what discount Fido is willing to offer. I am
guessing she is on the $20 package, but 3 years with only one phone so
she has more than paid the subsidy.

She is in victoria so the 6340 is important.

Any hints on when Victoria coverage will improve - it does need work.
