If one were to call and complain at great lengths that they were going to
cancel their Fido service do you think that Fido might offer them the
Cityphone plan that is in Vancouver if they resided in Toronto. Is it
possible? or would they just send another phone to satisfy the "hungry".....

It's called CityFido, there is no such thing as Cityphone (there is a
company called Cityfone that resells Microcell's network). And no, they
won't do it.

CityFido is only available in Vancouver currently. I heard a sales rep
in a cell phone shop say that Toronto will get it "next year" (pass
the salt shaker please.)

Do you have a legit complaint - or are you just trying to get free sh.t?

And no they won't - sorry cannot - affer the Cityfido package anywhere but the GVA.
