Anyone knows approximate selling price ?
Chopz - 07 Jul 2003 23:46 GMT
If you sign up to a monthly package it's $250.00
$250 after $100 credit to your first invoice.

If sign up for prepaid service it's $300.00
$300 after $50 airtime credit

The numbers are right but the credits are always applied on the SECOND
invoice, not the first one.

Trick to avoid this: Get the phone from a Fido store. You will receive the
rebate in store and won't have to pay upfront the 350$.

Thanx

If I am a long term customer with an average montlhly bill of 80-100 $ can I
expect to get the phone as an upgrade for lower rate then the ones
mentioned.

You might be able to get it for 222$ or for 159$, if you really average
80-100$ every month, been a customer for a long time and always pay on time.

But your best bet would be to call now to know how much you are eligible
for... even though the phone is not available yet, the credit remains the
same for all models.

Hi guys,

I find that phone "ugly", it looks like fish bones or skeleton.  Why
don't they choose 6100 instead?

It's not because you think it's ugly that everyone thinks the same. There is
a lot of hype around this phone and a lot of people I know (including
myself) thinks it's really hot.. :)

It will be a VERY good seller.

Besides, the Nokia 5100 fits a market. The 6100 is just another plain
looking phone with standard features. It would be stupid IMO to carry the
7210 and the 6100 at the same time...

My mistake, sorry. It should read "$100 credit applied to your second
invoice"
I was copying it from Fido's Alert email & I still got it wrong.
Hahaha. Thanks Deep!
