Can someone confirm that Fido is now carrying the Siemens M55?
Nobody - 04 Dec 2003 21:35 GMT
Fido can.  If you are registered to Fido Alerts, they would have informed
you of this new phone already.  As of the 28th of November, they claimed it
would be "available soon only from Fido!"

Dont all phones on Fido get an echo? Is that the phone or network?

Only sometimes, and then only for a few seconds (the time it takes for
the echo cancelors to adjust).

   It's not normal behaviour. TTYL

Hmm. I just ordered today the new Siemens M55.  I'll see if it does the same
thing.  My girl friend's older Nokia 5190 or the  back-up Mitsubishi
doesn't.  But my Sony Ericsson T200 does it pretty much all the time.  :-/

That was one of the worst phones Fido ever sold, enough said.

Your T200 is defective. I have a T200 that never has that problem. TTYL
