I just got a hard to find original Siemens PTT headset (made in China)
for my M55. I don't know if it is the phone or more likely, the
headset http://tinyurl.com/2vx7o, but the reception is horrible: Very
staticy and semi- cutting out.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Maybe I got a bad headset?

That is bad when ORIGINAL part sucks....
Usualy you pay them more but it waranty a minimum of quality...
