Does anyone know the magic incantation to insert a pause in a string of digits
in an address book entry ?

The transit authority has removed individual phone number for a bus stop, so
one must dial one central number, followed by a series of digits to signify
the bus stop and then the bus route number.

I need to call to find out whether I can walk or if I need to run (and how
fast :-) to make the next bus, and especially in the winter, I can't fiddle
with the phone while walkiNG/running.

I want to select a number, press "send" and then listen while running.

use "+" for pauses. Hold down the zero button to do this.
