Picture Caller ID on T310 not working

Hi,
Has anybody successfully configured Picture Caller Id on the Sony Ericsson
T310.
I have added pictures to my contacts but when they call I just see the
caller id not the corresponding picture!
What I am doing wrong?

Dumb question but do you have the Call Display service activated on your
Fido account?
