I have a T300 and when someone call me or when I call someone, I have a
strange voice playback. For example if I say hello, I can hear my voice in
the background saying hello with a 2 or 3 second dealy... Why do I get this
with this phone?

That's called echoing.

I understand from repatch that it's the phone that does it. I never had
this issue with TDMA OR with my NOKIA either. I dont think there is
anything you can do about it. I also had this issue on my Sony Ericsonn
T200. I hate SE. So, I am biased. I'll let repatch explain the echoing.
But, you can bitch to Fido and maybe get another phone, such as any Siemens
or Motorola model.

Your phone is likely defective, bring it to a Fido service department and
they will likely repalce it. I had the T300 briefly and it did not
experience this problem at all.
Note, a small amount of echo during the first few seconds of a call is
normal, sometimes if the echo is really bad it takes the echo cancellors a
few seconds to tune in. TTYL.
