Roaming: Rates in Feb 2004

Anyone have the published roaming rates that were in effect in February ?

I suspect some rates were changed, and would like to know which.

Thanks for the replies, but I know about the CURRENT RATES. I am looking for
the rates that were in effect in FEBRUARY. I am hoping someone printed them
out at that time...
