A friend wants to know if it is possible to send SMS to Pelephone in Israel
from Fido?

Does Fido have a gateway to send messages? Pelephone is a CDMA system
and very often you cannot send from a GSM to a CDMA system. Have you
even tried? If it works you'd know by that wouldn't you?

Have you tried asking Fido? I imagine they'd know.
