I've had one for quite some time, and I am really happy with it.
Haven't used the speakerphone, but the fm radio sound quality is
excellent although you have to buy a Nokia headset in order to use it.
The fm radio reception is pretty much equal to any fm radio... it
depends on where you are. However it eats the battery quickly if
you use it many hours a day. The headset connector seems a bit
fragile though.
In terms of voice quality and signal reception of the phone itself,
I'd say it is good, I have never found it to be inferior to the 3390,
the reception is actually even better in some areas where the signal
is not very strong.
The only bug I found so far is that you cannot receive monophonic
ringtones via SMS, otherwise the phone shuts down and it won't save the
ringtone. Unfortunately, so far there are no firmware updates that fix
this issue, at least not for the North-American model. It is interesting
that the European version has had a lot of firmware upgrades even though
it should be identical to the NA version. I guess that guys at Nokia.ca
aren't working very hard. :(
The IR reception works fine, but the Nokia Suite software sucks.
Luckily there are better alternatives available (Oxygen Phone Manager).
The Java apps designed for the 6100 and the 7210 usually work fine.
Other cons: it takes some time to get used to the keys. Although they
aren't as bad as those on the 7210, they aren't as good as those on the
3390 either, but you get used to them eventually.

Hope this helps.
