N6310i Vibra is working too fast after used some program. How to restart vibra settings ?

Hi,
I was trying to unlock N6310 from simlcok, and I did it.
But I found also some pgoram which turned in TEST MODE and I could test
LED, sounds, and VIBRA.
But right now the vibra is working too fast, its is only buzzing and
almost no vibrating.
Ho can I fix it ?

I had a similar problem with my Siemens howewer it turned out
to be a "hardware" fault - the counterweight on the motor
loosened and this is why it was just slightly buzzing instead of
vibrating. A drop of crazy glue fixed this - be carefull not to
glue anything else or get it inside the motor though ;)
