Can anybody tell me what the average tenure of a T-mobile customer is?

In other words how long does the average customer stay with t-mobile - how
months or years?

I have never read anything that would let us know.

I am in my 4th year on one phone. I ran out of a 2 year family plan sometime
this past year and canceled those 4 numbers.

Don't know where you'd find that info, but FWIW I've been with them about
5 years (VoiceStream days). Started with one line; added another;
switched to Family Plan, now have five lines going.

No problems for us in Metro NYC.

LOL - are you the only one left?  I used to work for OmniPoint's R&D arm in
Colorado Springs.  They've since gone on to other projects...as have I...

What has Omnipoint Technologies moved on to?  Did they ever really
capitalize on any of their wireless IP that they owned???
