Fax Using Winfax Pro 10.02 adn GSM Phone

I am trying to send faxes with my cellphone using Winfax Pro and I
always get the message "No carrier".

When Winfax queries my cellphone (Motorola V400) it says its data
capable.
I am on the Cingular GSM network.

I can connect to the internet using my cellphone.

Any additional information will be appreciated.

Sounds like maybe you've got WinFax configured to require dialtone detection
before dialing out. You won't get dialtone with a wireless phone. See if
you can configure WF to not require dialtone before dialing.
