GSM in Argentina

Does anyone here know how much of Argentina is covered with GSM? Will
I be able to roam well with t-mobile? How easy is it to get local SIM
cards.

Thanks. But, unfortunately, that only gives me official information.
I'd really like to know how well I can expect service to work. Does
anyone have personal experience?
